Keep me posted. This is your time to get really, really clear about your preferred outcome. Then ask yourself 'what is your next step?'--maybe just wait now--and then watch. Watch for those things that appear aligned with your ideal outcome and move toward those.
I think BREATHING is in order. When under stress, do whatever helps you relax. Then just watch and go for whatever comes forward that seems aligned with your goals. It's OK to attempt things that don't work out. This is just clarifying 'what's so.' Goofs are good information from your universe to give you the clarity to move forward and take the next step. Call yourself back from discouragement, fear, anger--express it--and next soothe 'the little one' within--then ask for inner guidance about your next best step. Invite yourself to drop limiting beliefs. Stuff happens; let's make it mean what most supports us in moving forward.
You may talk with a few folks around you--your allies--and inquire about what's happening and what opportunities they see for you that are aligned with your heart's desires.
Keep me posted. You can go forward on your terms with clarity about who you are now and what you have to offer. What you settled for in the past--even in the same role--you won't settle for now. You'll be much more fully self expressed whereever you land. You have greater inner confidence now.
One tiny step at a time; stop; look around, access inner guidance, breath, next tiny step....all toward your ideal; keep course correcting with feedback from your universe and then same process again.
